Diet Soda
Diet pop does not contain sugar, but it still has phosphoric acid, which contributes to calcium loss and tooth enamel erosion. Diet soda has non-nutritive sweeteners which are very acidic, which also is linked with the erosion of teeth enamel. Surprisingly, the sweeteners in diet soda may cause weight gain because they confuse the brain's ability to determine whether you are eating the right amount of calories. This issue ends up causing you to eat more.
